100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum

The North Linn Board of Directors meeting will be called to order at 7:30AM in the boardroom of the District Office (3033 Lynx Drive, Troy Mills). Roll will be taken to determine a quorum.

601: Receive Budget Amendment for FY26 and Set Budget Hearing Time - EXHIBIT 601.1

602: Approve the 2026-2027 Compensation Agreement Between North Linn Certified Staff and North Linn Board of Directors

MOTION to approve the 2026-2027 Compensation agreement between North Linn Certified Staff and the North Linn Board of Directors for a 2.83% total package increase.

When we met with staff we discussed the desire to get an increase in salary as they complete their credits annually when they are working towards their Master’s Degree instead of just getting it all once the degree is completed as well as the fact that there is currently no incentive for them to continue credits beyond their Masters degree. This is something we would want to work on during the 26-27 school year, I have an example from another district that we can use as a starting point.
