100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum

President, Matthew Hoover, called the special meeting to order at 7:46 AM viz Zoom. Present were Directors R Benesch, Carson, Krogmann, Michael, Price & Zumbach, Superintendent Schott and Secretary Peyton.

 

200: Adoption of the Agenda

It was moved by Carson, seconded by Michael to adopt the agenda as presented. Motion carried 7-0.

 

 

600: New Business

601: Receive Quote for Installation & Plumbing for Water Softener System from Brecke - Exhibit 601.1

It was moved by R Benesch, seconded by Krogmann, to approve the quote from Brecke Mechanical Contractors to install the water softener system and provide plumbing & a sump pit for the school building in the amount of $24,941.32. Motion carried 7-0.

 

900: Adjournment

The time being 7:51AM it was moved by Zumbach, seconded by R Benesch to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 7-0.
