100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum

President, Matthew Hoover called the special meeting to order at 8:00 AM in the Elementary Office. Present were Directors R Benesch, Carson, Michael, Price & Zumbach, Superintendent Schott and Secretary Peyton. Director Krogmann was absent.

 

200: Adoption of the Agenda

It was moved by Carson, seconded by Zumbach to adopt the agenda as presented. Motion carried 6-0.

 

600: New Business

601: Elementary & Secondary classroom visits

The board toured several classrooms in the Elementary, Middle & High School to observe classroom environments.

Director Benesch left at 9:30AM

 

900: Adjournment

The time being 10:00AM it was moved by Zumbach, seconded by Price to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
