100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum

President, Matthew Hoover, called the special meeting to order at 8:02AM via Zoom. Present were Directors R Benesch, Carson, Krogmann, Michael, Price & Zumbach and Secretary Peyton.

200: Adoption of the Agenda

It was moved by R Benesch, seconded by Price to adopt the agenda as presented. Motion carried 7-0.

700: Personnel

It was moved by R Benesch, seconded by Price to approve the hiring of Mike Schatzle and Kevin Ansel as School Bus Drivers pending licensure. Motion carried 7-0.                                                                                                     

900: Adjournment

The time being 8:04AM it was moved by Michael, seconded by Price to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 7-0.
