100: Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum

Board President, Jeffrey Boss, called the special meeting to order at 7:30 AM, present were Directors J Benesh, R Benesch, Krogmann, Michael & Price, Superintendent Breitfelder and Secretary Peyton. Director Hoover was absent.

200: Adoption of the Agenda

It was moved by R Benesch, seconded by Price to adopt the agenda as presented. Motion carried 6-0.

600: New Business

601: Receive quote from DrySpace for Middle School Roof

It was moved by Michael, seconded by Krogmann to approve the quote from DrySpace to replace the middle school roof with a 90 mil EPDM with 30 year warranty in the amount of $259,231. Motion carried 6-0.

900: Adjournment

The time being 7:45AM it was moved by Krogmann, seconded by R Benesch to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 6-0.
